Ah, phones! They have invaded our life and us parents have no idea how to navigate it because it is all new to us. So many apps, youtube influencers, instagram followers! It’s hard to keep up! It is challenging to balance digital lives with homework, reputation, friends, disparaging comments and photos. In a fun workshop, we can address the challenges and joys of digital media and develop strategies to lessen anxiety.
