What do you like about Girls Rock Yoga?

For Girls Entering 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade

Is your daughter feeling overwhelmed and stressed? Like she doesn’t fit in? Is everything becoming a big deal? Do you grimace when you hear her judging her body? I hear ya, I’ve got an almost 12 year old daughter myself.

Kids really have quite a lot to deal with in today’s world. There is the non-stop media/internet world, kids are involved in tons of activities, and they are stressed about homework and grades. Some are even worrying about what high school and college they are going to go too!

Girls Rock Yoga provides a refuge from the stresses of “girl world”.
